Tech Networks Remote Support provides you with a full IT department at a fraction of the cost of hiring a dedicated member of IT staff, with fully inclusive remote support, unlimited calls to our Freephone Support Helpdesk and reduced onsite Labour Rates (£35 per hour).
With Tech Networks Remote Support you have the option of Next Business day (NBD) or 4Hr response, which gaurantees you will be called back within the hour to acknowledge that your issues has been logged and is being attended to, and if a site visit is required a member of our field engineering team with be with you eitehr next business day or within 4 hours of the call being received.
Tech Networks Pro-active Monitoring provides us with the means to fix issues that may arise on your network, before they affect your business, We monitor essential services on your server(s) such as exchange, IIS, SQL, sharepoint, we also monitor disk space, overall server load and most importantly, your backup.
Remote control assistance is designed to be simple and quick to initiate, if you have a problem, simply call the helpdesk, the operator will connect to your PC and resolve the problem, easy as 1-2-3, meaning that your IT issues are fixed nice and fast leaving you more time to get things done.
Every remote support contract no matter how big or small comes with its own IT manager, who will advise you on how to get the best out of your IT and keep you informed of all the latest IT products that may be of interest to your business, all in jargon free plain english.
