All accounts are backed by our high quality support service with telephone support as standard (8am - 8pm (excluding bank holidays)). Our Premium Hosting comes with an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee, so if you are not happy with our service within the first 30 days we will refund you in full.

Our Premium hosting plus package is designed for customers who require slightly more space / bandwidth than the regular premium package.

Hosting space is provided on high powered servers located in world class data centers in London. Our servers run windows 2003 Server and support all major scripting languages. Premium Hosting plans only share server wpace with 5 other premium customers ensuring servers are not overloaded. Our Servers are monitored 24 hours a day to ensure they are running as fast and reliabily as possible.
